Claude

Custom connectors work on Free, Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise. Free accounts can add one custom connector. These steps follow Claude's remote connector docs. The dialog is rolling out in two layouts, so yours may be one screen or two.

Your own Claude

1. Go to Customize, then Connectors.
2. Choose Add custom connector. On some accounts that sits under a + Add button.
3. Name it after the plugin and paste that plugin's server URL. Continue.
4. Leave the OAuth client id and secret empty so Claude can register itself. Don't add a token under request headers.
5. Add it, then sign in when the browser window opens. Turn the connector on from the chat + menu, under Connectors.

Team and Enterprise

An owner adds it first: Organization settings, then Connectors, then Add, then Custom. If Claude asks for a type, choose Web. Members then connect it from Customize, then Connectors.

Claude reaches the server from Anthropic's network, so the address has to be the public one on the plugin page. Not localhost.
