Terms of Service

Effective October 12, 2026. These terms cover every Ouroboros Apps LLC product, including Claim, Continuity, Deposit, Desk, Invoice, Milestone, Papers, Patent, Rank, Scope and Control (each "by Ouroboros").

• Our plugins and apps are early releases. They may have bugs, so check what your AI assistant does with them.
• Paid plans renew until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and include any free trial. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time. See the Refund Policy.
• Don't share, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the software, and don't use it to break the law or the rules of any service you connect.
• You own the content you save. You're responsible for what you ask your assistant to do with it.
• Patent and other research tools are not legal, medical or financial advice.
• The software is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
• Some products have extra terms, such as the Control Terms. Those apply on top of these.
