Setup

Cursor

Cursor connects a remote server from mcp.json. That's the path in Cursor's MCP docs. You can also install servers from the Customize page when a listing is there. These plugins are not in that marketplace, so use the file.

Add the file

Global, for every project: ~/.cursor/mcp.json. Just this project: .cursor/mcp.json. If the same name is in both, the project file wins.

Here are all ten. Keep the ones you want and delete the rest. Each entry is a name and a URL under mcpServers.

  1. Save the file.
  2. Restart Cursor.
  3. Sign in when Cursor asks. Don't put a client id, a client secret, or an Authorization header in the file. Sign-in is the browser window.

Each plugin page has a snippet with its own name and URL.
